Changing lives through access, mentorship, and opportunity, one person at a time.
THE STORY
I didn’t start this foundation because I needed another business.
I started it because I kept meeting people who reminded me of myself,
talented, hungry, smart, but locked out of opportunity.
I grew up in Brownsville, Brooklyn.
A place where potential is everywhere, but resources aren’t.
My parents served in the military. I saw discipline, service, structure and also what happens when people come home and aren’t supported.
Over the years, I watched:
Veterans finish their service and struggle to transition into civilian careers
Young adults drift because no one taught them how to turn ambition into direction
People with records (non-violent), just human mistakes. Get rejected before they ever got a shot
Underserved talent gets boxed out of tech because they didn’t have a degree, a referral, or a “network”
I started helping people one at a time. Resumes, LinkedIn, certifications, career mapping.
Then something clicked:
What if this wasn’t just a side favor? What if this was a movement?
What if we could fund access, not just advice?
What if we could change 1 life, then 10, then 100, then 500?
That’s where the AnbuPro Foundation was born.
Not to create clients.
But to create careers, confidence, and second chances.
This is the work I was meant to do and now it’s bigger than me.
OUR MISSION
We bridge the gap between talent and opportunity by providing mentorship, career support, and funded certification access to underserved communities. Including veterans, youth, GED holders, and returning citizens.
Not charity.
Not handouts.
A pathway to self-sufficiency.

THE SHIFT (PROFIT → PURPOSE)
Before the foundation, we ran AnbuPro Solutions as a for-profit service helping people get into tech and it worked.
But something felt incomplete.
The people who needed the most help were the ones who couldn’t afford the services.
So instead of choosing profit or purpose, we decided to connect them.
The for-profit arm serves people who can invest in their career
The nonprofit arm serves people who can’t and funds their pathway through donations, grants, and sponsorships
And for graduates who want continued support, we offer optional career placement assistance to help them secure real roles in tech, not just a certificate.
Different models, same mission:
Open doors. Remove barriers. Build futures and make sure people cross the finish line.
THE VISION (WHERE WE’RE GOING)
In the next 5 years, we will:
Fund 500+ full certification journeys
Build a mentor pool of 100+ tech professionals
Partner with companies who hire our graduates directly
Provide laptops + digital equity for all mentees who need it
Build a full circle model where certified graduates return as mentors, donors, or instructors
This is not a one-time program.
This is a pipeline. A network. A legacy.
